Nelle metropoli di oggi le persone si incrociano continuamente e raramente si incontrano. La paura dell\u2019altro, l\u2019intolleranza, l\u2019isolamento e la solitudine affliggono le nostre societ\u00e0 contemporanee. Oggi impegnarsi in un atto d\u2019amore verso uno sconosciuto \u00e8 una forma di resistenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa performance \u00e8 un\u2019indagine sull\u2019amore come un rischio \u2013 una spinta che ci guida nel momento presente, insieme. Come il teatro, l\u2019amore si svolge nel \u201cqui\u201d e \u201cora\u201d e consente agli individui di trasformare l\u2019irrevocabilit\u00e0 del loro passato e le proiezioni del loro futuro in infinite possibilit\u00e0 nel presente. Gran parte della nostra letteratura studia il comportamento umano ponendo l\u2019inevitabilit\u00e0 della morte al centro di ogni verit\u00e0, come una fatalit\u00e0 che si profila all\u2019orizzonte e che definisce l\u2019azione umana; inquadrando \u201cla fine della storia\u201d. Ma cosa accadrebbe se dovessimo studiare la parte centrale della storia \u2026 l\u2019apice dell\u2019avventura della vita, attraverso casi di innamoramento?&nbsp;Ispirato dalla poesia amorosa dell\u2019Andalusia araba, un crogiolo di culture e religioni e in molti modi un simbolo di tolleranza e convivenza, e partendo da un\u2019ampia definizione di amore, studieremo l\u2019amore come una successione di momenti effimeri che definiscono i vari viaggi della gente. Miriamo a raccogliere storie d\u2019amore reali di persone di diverse comunit\u00e0 e culture; specialmente persone che hanno attraversato circostanze difficili e che hanno incontrato l\u2019amore in luoghi inaspettati, mettendo in discussione come ha influito sui loro percorsi e le loro opinioni sul mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Within the constant displacement of people and cultures and global demographic shifts,\u00a0 how\u00a0 can\u00a0 we\u00a0 create\u00a0 a\u00a0 space\u00a0 for\u00a0 connecting\u00a0 to\u00a0 each\u00a0 other?\u00a0 In\u00a0 today\u2019s\u00a0 metropolises people cross paths continuously and rarely meet. Fear of the other, intolerance, isolation and loneliness plague our contemporary societies. Today to engage in an act of love towards a stranger is a form of resistance.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This\u00a0 performance\u00a0 is\u00a0 an\u00a0 investigation\u00a0 about\u00a0 love\u00a0 as\u00a0 a\u00a0 risk-\u00ad\u2010taking\u00a0 drive\u00a0 that\u00a0 anchors us in the present moment, together. Like theatre, love takes place in the \u201chere\u201d and \u201cnow\u201d and allows individuals to transform the irrevocability of their pasts and the projections of their futures into infinite possibilities in the present. A\u00a0 lot\u00a0 of\u00a0 our\u00a0 literature\u00a0 studies\u00a0 human\u00a0 behavior\u00a0 by\u00a0 positing\u00a0 the\u00a0 inevitability\u00a0 of\u00a0 death at the core of any truth, as a fatality looming in the horizon and defining human action; framing \u201cthe end of the story\u201d.
